In memory of my great stallion AClassic Touch Riverdance, I say goodbye and thanks for the memories of a job well done. He was a once in a lifetime pony that I shall never forget. A heart bigger than Texas and such a love of the show ring. He was a pony that had it to win in both HOF Halter and Driving. His legacy will continue with the past foals he and his favorite mares produced through the years. Those to come this spring will prance, shake their manes and look at the world with those lovely big eyes.

Goodbye River and thank you for giving me more than I ever expected.

He produced beautiful foals with his stunning head and neck but even more important with his willing disposition and incredible work ethic. River received his Foundation Country Pleasure Driving Hall of Fame in 2008 and completed his Foundation Halter Hall of Fame in 2010. River has been in the ASPC Top Ten All Stars in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, & 2012

At the 2009 Midwest Classic Shetland Breeders' Association Spotlight Show in Waterloo, Iowa, River had the honor of winning one of the three trophies we Sponsored in memory of our dear friend Dorothy Broadhead. It meant a lot to us to sponsor an award in her honor and it meant even more for a pony she bred to win one of the trophies!
